Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery for its Finance Operate practice in the United States. You will help grow Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services, shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and lead mobilization and delivery in the Financial Services industry.

The role blends accounting expertise with managed services delivery, requires strong leadership, and offers opportunities to drive automation and standardization across finance operations engagements.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
6+ years of experience working within the Financial Services Industry or serving Financial Services clients.
Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Active Certified Public Accountant license (preferred).
Experience in audit, controllership, or finance transformation (preferred).
Experience with ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, or OneStream (preferred).
Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
12+ years of experience in finance, controllership, managed services, or solution delivery.

Responsabilidades

Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Financial Services Industry.
Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
Manage Finance Operate deal flow for the Financial Services sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams.
Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reporting.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
