Job summary

Deloitte invites experienced finance leaders to join our Finance Operate practice as a Manager, Solution Delivery. You will shape Controllership/R2R managed services, drive engagements, and lead mobilization and delivery with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with CFOs, controllers, and senior leaders, leveraging technology and industry experience to deliver scalable finance solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
6+ years of experience working within the Technology, Media & Telecom Industry or serving Tech, Media & Telecom clients.
Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred: Master’s degree, Active CPA license, ERP/finance tech experience.
12+ years of experience in finance, controllership, managed services, or solution delivery.

Responsibilities

Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Technology, Media & Telecom Industry
Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunities
Manage Finance Operate deal flow for the Technology, Media & Telecom sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams
Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reporting
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements
Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
