Job summary

Deloitte, a leader in professional services, seeks a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery for its Finance Operate practice in the United States. You will guide complex Controllership/Record-to-Report engagements, lead multi-workstream pursuits, and partner with senior clients and Deloitte leadership to drive scalable, high-impact finance transformations.

You will supervise managers and consultants, shape delivery approaches, and contribute to growth through thought leadership and market development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
12+ years of accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or R2R.
8+ years in managed services, shared services, or delivery environments.
8+ years in Financial Services industry experience.
Experience leading complex finance managed services pursuits.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and execution of complex managed services for Controllership/R2R.
Lead sales pursuits, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses.
Advise Deloitte leadership and translate finance challenges into operating models.
Manage pipeline, qualification, and handoff to mobilization teams.
Oversee governance, transition planning, service management, and escalation handling.
Develop repeatable assets, delivery methodologies, and viewpoints.
