Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to advance our Controllership and Record-to-Report managed services within Financial Services. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and partner with senior leaders to mobilize and deliver engagements.

The role combines accounting expertise, managed services, and commercial acumen to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement across finance operations for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry or serving Financial Services clients.
• Experience leading or supporting solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in Financial Services.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow including pipeline visibility, qualification, pursuit prioritization, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
