Job summary

Chimes is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (Finance) to manage end-to-end pre-hire and onboarding processes for new hires. You will coordinate with IT/Facilities, provide onboarding materials, and serve as the main point of contact for newcomers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR onboarding, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with HRIS systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred). This role offers in-office and remote Fridays within a supportive not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR onboarding or new hire experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS onboarding software (UKG/UltiPro preferred).
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end pre-hire and onboarding processes for all new hires.
• Coordinate with IT and Facilities to secure access and workspace for new hires.
• Provide new hires with onboarding documentation and orientation scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires and answer questions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during onboarding.
