• 1–3 years in HR onboarding or employee relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end pre-hire and onboarding processes.
• Obtain background checks, drug screens, and other verifications.
• Send onboarding links and coordinate new hire orientation.
• Coordinate IT and facilities access for new hires.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires.
