Job summary

BD’s Finance Manager (Revenue & Incentive Compensation) partners with the VP of US Sales to lead revenue and gross-profit planning for the Peripheral Intervention US Commercial organization. You will oversee the annual incentive process, align forecasts with strategic goals, and ensure timely financial reporting.

You will coach the Senior Financial Analyst, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, HR, and Compliance, and support internal controls and audit readiness in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of finance business partner experience with emphasis on planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting.
• 1+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance partnership for Revenue and Standard Gross Profit planning across cycles.
• Lead planning timelines and communicate risks/opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain forecasting models and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Oversee monthly revenue close and financial controls.
• Coach the Senior Financial Analyst and manage ad hoc projects.
