Job summary

Ever, based in San Francisco, seeks an experienced F&I professional to drive finance solutions for EV buyers nationwide. You will present finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely and in-person, closing deals through digital and in-store workflows while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

You will leverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals, educate customers on incentives, and partner with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of automotive F&I experience.
• Proven success closing deals remotely and in a showroom environment.
• Strong backend product performance history.
• Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach.
• Highly organized with strong compliance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely and in-person.
• Run F&I consultations with customers nationwide.
• Structure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflows.
• Leverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals and funding.
• Deliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience with no pressure.
