Job summary

Vertiv’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotation designed to develop the company’s next generation of finance leaders. Participants will rotate through Manufacturing Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, External Reporting, Investor Relations and more, under a structured mentorship and cross-functional collaboration framework.

Graduates will gain hands-on experience across the finance function, build leadership capabilities, and prepare for critical roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven internship experience or at least 1 year in related finance roles.
• Ability to develop and articulate general strategies and detailed operation plans.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to organize and digest large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across multiple finance disciplines over three years.
• Gain exposure to Manufacturing Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, and more.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to deliver on commitments and develop leadership capabilities.
