Participants gain exposure to senior leaders, mentorship, and education assistance to accelerate career growth.

Rotations cover FP&A, General/Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance, with emphasis on communication, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced

• Demonstrated technical skills, business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in oral and written communication, analytics, and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Complete three rotations over 36 months, with assignments in various segments and financial functions.
• Rotations focus on analysis and business needs in Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance.
• Extensive use of verbal and written communications skills, problem solving and teamwork on a daily basis.
