Job summary

Nordson's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) welcomes final-year finance/accounting students to a two-year, multi-rotation track, including an international assignment. Participants interact with senior finance leaders and contribute to high-impact initiatives, gaining credibility and broad internal exposure.

Rotations cover General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, and FP&A, with typical six-month assignments and relocation support, designed to develop

Qualifications

• Focus on candidates who have a passion for finance and show leadership through activities.
• Must have aptitude to apply accounting and finance skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Full-time student completing bachelor's degree in finance or accounting between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Strong motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the finance function.
• Geographical flexibility is required during and after the program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across finance functions.
• Rotate through roles such as General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, FP&A.
• Interact with senior finance leaders and contribute to key financial initiatives.
• Relocation assistance provided and international rotation included.
