Nordson's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) welcomes final-year finance/accounting students to a two-year, multi-rotation track, including an international assignment. Participants interact with senior finance leaders and contribute to high-impact initiatives, gaining credibility and broad internal exposure.

The program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives.
FLDP participants will complete a two-year rotational program consisting of approximately four rotational assignments, including a three-month international rotation. Rotational assignments are generally six months in duration; however, assignment lengths may be adjusted to accommodate the international experience and business requirements while ensuring a comprehensive two-year development program. Geographical flexibility is required during the program and upon completion of the program. Relocation assistance is provided.
The FLDP program affords participants an outstanding opportunity to produce results, gain working knowledge of key finance functions, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong company network throughout the 2-year program. Before completing the program, participants will work with the administrator to identify positions to interview across the finance organization.
