Job summary

McKesson Finance Leadership Program (FLP) offers a two-year, rotational development track designed to cultivate future leaders in Finance. Associates complete four six-month rotations across Corporate and business-unit Finance, building enterprise perspective and leadership capabilities.

Participants engage in structured development, coaching, and exposure to senior leaders, while delivering priority finance work and collaborating across functions to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduate with concentration in Finance or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decisions.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, reporting, and other decision-support tools.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance-management activities.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Leading projects or workstreams and managing deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination.
