Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation’s Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a 3-year early career rotational program designed to expose associates to multiple finance segments. Rotations may include Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others, with relocation and travel covered by Carrier.

You’ll gain analytical and communication skills while collaborating with global FLP teams. The program emphasizes ethics, environmental responsibility, and financial performance, with mentoring from alumni and executives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.
GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.
Geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Less than one year of full‑time professional work experience.
Willingness to travel 5%.

Responsibilities

Rotations expose associates to Accounting, FP&A, Operations Finance, Investor Relations and other Finance functions.
Rotations locations may include Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others; relocation/travel required and covered by the Company.
FLP associates receive mentoring and access to Carrier benefits and Scholar programs.
