You will develop strong analytical and business acumen through hands-on projects, mentorship, and an individualized development plan, while collaborating with finance, operations, and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher typically.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant internship or prior professional experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically as required by rotation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year, cross-functional Finance and Accounting rotational program.
• Complete four six-month rotations across core finance disciplines.
• Gain exposure to Sunbelt’s business model, operating environment, and financial structure.
• Develop financial, analytical, and business acumen through hands-on project work and real-world decision support.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and corporate stakeholders.
• Deliver rotational capstone presentations summarizing learnings, project outcomes, and business impact.
• Execute an individualized development plan aligned with career goals and organizational needs.
• Receive structured mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback throughout the program.
