Job summary

Siemens Energy invites early-career professionals to join the 24-month Finance Excellence Academy rotation program. You'll complete four 6-month assignments in diverse finance areas across Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte, building technical expertise and broad business knowledge.

You'll work with Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other financial systems to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting while collaborating with finance leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field graduating by May 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
• Interest in data analytics, corporate functions, project management, FP&A.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Preferred experience with Excel and data tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and/or Alteryx.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive working style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, project finance, and business controlling across rotations.
• Analyze financial and operational data using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other systems to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and strengthen business performance.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Build finance, business, and leadership capabilities through mentorship and collaboration across the organization.
