Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Willingness to travel periodically for rotation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year Finance and Accounting rotational program.
• Complete four six-month rotations across core finance disciplines.
• Gain exposure to Sunbelt's business model, operating environment, and financial structure.
• Develop financial, analytical, and business acumen through hands-on project work and real-world decision support.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and corporate stakeholders.
• Deliver rotational capstone presentations summarizing learnings, project outcomes, and business impact.
• Execute an individualized development plan aligned with career goals and organizational needs.
• Receive structured mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback throughout the program.
• Potential rotations include Accounting/Operations, FP&A, Finance Systems.
