Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL invites graduates to join the Finance Excellence Academy, a 24-month rotational program across multiple US locations including Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh and Charlotte. You’ll rotate through diverse finance functions to build deep finance expertise and leadership capabilities.

You’ll use Excel, Power BI, SAP and other tools to forecast, close, analyze, and report, while partnering with finance leaders to drive performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting, finance, economics or data analytics graduating by May 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
• Interest in data analytics, FP&A and corporate functions.
• Excellent communication with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and financial analysis across rotations.
• Analyze data with Excel, Power BI, SAP and other systems to deliver insights.
• Partner with leaders to improve reporting and business performance.
