Siemens Energy invites early career professionals to join the Finance Excellence Academy, a 24-month rotational program across several U.S. locations including Houston, Orlando, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte.

You will gain exposure to Financial Accounting, Service Operations Finance, Manufacturing Operations Finance, Commercial Project Management, and Sales & Business Controlling while collaborating with finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance/economics/data analytics or related field.
• GPA 3.2+ required with relevant prior work experience.
• Interest in data analytics and corporate functions (FP&A).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, or Alteryx preferred.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, proactive working style.
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, and reporting across rotations.
• Analyze financial data using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other systems to deliver insights.
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and performance.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Build finance and leadership capabilities through mentorship and collaborative projects.
