Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals offers a two-year Finance & Accounting rotational program designed to develop future leaders. You will complete four six-month rotations across core finance disciplines, gaining exposure to the company’s business model and financial structure through hands-on projects.

Participants receive mentorship, structured development plans, and opportunities to present capstone learnings to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong academic performance (GPA 3.5 or higher)
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills
Desire for continuous learning and development of cross-functional finance skills
Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong analytical abilities
Willingness and ability to travel periodically as required by rotation assignments

Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year, cross-functional Finance and Accounting rotational program
Complete four six-month rotations across core finance disciplines
Gain exposure to the company’s business model, operating environment, and financial structure
Develop financial, analytical, and business acumen through hands-on project work
Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and corporate stakeholders
Deliver rotational capstone presentations summarizing learnings and business impact
