What You’ll Actually Do

• Program Engagement: Participate in a structured two-year Financial Leadership Program, completing four six-month rotations across diverse finance and accounting functions to build cross-functional expertise.
• Financial Reporting & Controls: Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and identifying control improvements.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Contribute to company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives, developing financial models, conducting variance analyses, and preparing materials for leadership decision-making.
• Operational Finance Support: Analyze business unit performance drivers, margins, and productivity metrics; partner with operational leaders to support financial and capital initiatives, identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.
• Financial Systems Optimization: Develop understanding of financial systems and reporting platforms, assist with reporting structure development and maintenance, and contribute to process automation and data integrity projects.
