Job summary

Carrier invites applicants to its Finance Leadership Program (FLP), a 3-year rotational program built to expose associates to diverse finance functions and regional teams. You will rotate through Accounting, FP&A, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations across multiple locations, with relocation and travel supported.

Starting mid-June 2027, you will join a structured development path with mentorship from senior leaders, and access to Carrier’s Employee Scholar Program and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.
• GPA must be ≥ 3.0.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations; travel 5% minimum.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Less than one year of full-time professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Accounting, FP&A, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations.
• Relocation and travel for training events as part of the program.
• Mentoring from alumni and executives; collaboration with global FLPs.
