Job summary

Carrier is seeking a high-potential graduate for a 3-year early career rotational program across finance functions. You'll rotate through Accounting, FP&A, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations, building analytical and communication skills while collaborating with global teams.Participants receive mentoring from leaders, engage in trainings and case studies, and relocate annually to support rotations and training events throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
• Must be geographically mobile with yearly relocations.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Less than one year of full-time professional work experience.
• Willingness to travel 5%.
• Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 start in mid-June 2027.
• Efficient PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time job while in school.
• Comfortable with potential to move every year.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management/organization/ability to multi-task.
