Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a candidate for the Finance Management Program (FMP), a two-year, full-time rotational role designed to develop future finance leaders. You will rotate through four six-month assignments across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A, gaining hands-on experience and formal training.

Mentorship from senior leaders and potential international rotations, with relocation support for eligible U.S. applicants, are part of this program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Four rotations of six months each across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A.
• Participate in formal training in finance, accounting, business strategy, and leadership development.
• Relocate for rotations as needed; engage with senior leaders and mentors.
