Job summary

McKesson is seeking a driven MBA graduate to join the Finance Leadership Program (FLP) at our Columbus location. The role offers four six-month rotations across Corporate Finance, business-unit Finance, and other strategic Finance functions, building broad enterprise perspective and leadership capabilities.

Associates gain exposure to Finance leaders, participate in structured development, and work on FP&A, Controllership, Internal Audit, and more.

Qualifications

Recent MBA graduate with a Finance focus or related discipline.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior stakeholders.
Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and business leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide insights for decisions.
Develop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools.
Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance-management activities.
Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Lead projects or workstreams, manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
