Responsibilities

• Partnering with Finance and business leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decisions.
• Developing financial models, forecasts, dashboards, reporting, and other decision-support tools.
• Supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance-management activities.
• Translating financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Leading projects or workstreams and managing deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination.
• Evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, transparency, or business outcomes.
• Supporting the development and implementation of new Finance processes, systems, reporting tools, automation, or digital capabilities.
• Building relationships across Finance and the broader business to understand stakeholder needs and strengthen business partnership.
• Preparing and delivering analyses, recommendations, and presentations to Finance and business leaders.
