Job summary

Accretive Technology Group seeks an organized Executive Assistant to support Finance leadership. This role coordinates executive priorities, manages communications, and ensures follow-through on key initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years supporting senior executives, with strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills, and proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Legal, or other corporate functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with professional business writing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars for Finance leadership and coordinate meetings and materials.
  • Attend meetings to capture minutes, decisions, action items, owners and deadlines.
  • Coordinate executive travel, conferences, and events, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare and reconcile executive expense reports with Accounting.
  • Manage confidential executive communications and prepare presentations and reports.
  • Organize confidential files and conduct data gathering to support decisions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and act as liaison for executives.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
