Job summary

The Publish Press is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The role requires managing calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential information with professionalism and initiative.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of EA/PA experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, plus collaboration tools like Slack and Asana.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and discreet handling of confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Comfort with using collaboration and project-management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, Asana.

Responsibilities
