Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our executive leadership team. This individual will help manage priorities, calendars, communications, meetings, travel, projects, and day‑to‑day execution—enabling our executives to remain focused on strategic leadership and company growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to executive leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and protect executive time.
  • Coordinate executive travel, meetings, offsites, and events, including agendas, materials, logistics, and last‑minute changes.
  • Track action items, deadlines, commitments, and deliverables to ensure consistent follow‑through.
  • Support special projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep priorities moving forward.
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and bring solutions before problems arise.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of executive, administrative, operations, or related professional experience; bachelor’s degree preferred although not required.
  • Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
