Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, based in Plano, TX, is seeking a Financial Manager to lead FP&A for the North America region, reporting to the CFO and NA Finance Controller. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support growth and efficiency.

You will optimize inventory, manage cross-functional projects, and serve as a liaison with HQ and subsidiary finance teams while delivering clear, executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate Finance or accounting with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion); automation/scripting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales/profit financial analysis with insights for NA leadership.
• Independently manage channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory, and overall levels; present strategies to minimize risk.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; identify risks/opportunities and report to CFO and Controller.
• Coordinate cross-functional financial projects; act as liaison for HQ and subsidiary finance teams.
