Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in finance/FP&A, strong SQL/BI skills, and a deep understanding of professional services economics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum eight years in finance/FP&A or related roles, with leadership.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau and ERP/GL familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily finance operations and team workloads.
• Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Lead budgeting, reforecasts, and multi-period planning.
• Develop financial models linking performance to drivers.
• Drive process improvements and automation in reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting, IT, and business leaders.
• Monitor WIP, AR, cash flow, and working capital metrics.
• Present insights to senior leadership with clear actions.
