Job summary

Republic Airways offers an internship program at its Carmel, Indiana headquarters designed to prepare students for the workforce. Interns gain mentorship, shadow various departments, attend workshops, and work on finance projects with direct exposure to aviation operations.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and forecasts monthly results amongst spend categories.
  • Supplements the FP&A team in the budgeting process.
  • Attends weekly FP&A meetings and other monthly departmental meetings.
  • Presents project results to team members periodically.
  • Implements business processes to support cost saving initiatives.
