Job summary

Republic Airways invites motivated students to join its internship program in Carmel, IN. You will work in the Human Resources/Operations analytics space, gaining exposure to aviation industry processes and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, analyzing performance, and developing automated reporting tools while collaborating across departments. On-site 40-hour weeks, with mentorship and professional development opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with analytical focus.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or higher.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and basic data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, analyze, and transform data into dashboards and reports.
• Analyze operational performance and capacity trends to identify improvements.
• Prepare and reconcile budgets/data for Operations.
• Develop automated tools and performance metrics for tracking.
