Job summary

Republic Airways offers an internship program designed to prepare students for the workforce. Interns gain mentorship, shadow various departments, participate in professional development workshops, and have direct exposure to the aviation industry with facilities tours.

Opportunities to collaborate with other interns on projects and relocation assistance are available where applicable. Interns should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate strong academic performance,

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar field of study.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Has a passion for being involved in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Researches and collaborates on corporate giving strategy.
  • Coordinates fundraising efforts for company initiatives.
  • Manages event planning for local organization partnerships.
  • Represents Republic Airways and CCR at community events as needed.
  • Helps plan and implement departmental programs.
  • Collaborates with other departments to create CCR opportunities across the company.
  • Writes communication posts and creates graphics/digital content for intern/external communication purposes.
