Job summary

Republic Airways internship program offers mentorship, department shadowing, and professional development workshops to prepare students for the workforce. Interns gain exposure to aviation operations, tours, and collaborative projects with peers.

Eligible candidates work onsite at the Carmel headquarters, with up to 40 hours per week and relocation assistance where applicable. The program emphasizes data analytics and business insights using Power BI and SQL-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data-related fields with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Strong Excel and data wrangling skills with a drive to learn.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develops automated data pipelines and Power BI dashboards to scale reporting.
• Supports monthly and ad-hoc finance/ops reporting with accuracy.
• Delivers high-quality work in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Assists across analytics lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
