Job summary

Republic Airways in Carmel, IN offers an internship program designed to prepare students for the workforce. Interns gain mentorship, shadow departments, and participate in professional development workshops while contributing to the Finance and Accounting team.

The paid internship includes exposure to FP&A activities, budgeting support, and opportunities to work on cross-functional projects. You will attend meetings, analyze data, and present findings, with relocation assistance where applicable

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; proficient communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and forecasts monthly results among spend categories.
  • Supports the FP&A budgeting process.
  • Collaborates with the Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Attends weekly FP&A meetings and monthly department meetings.
  • Presents project results to team members.
  • Implements cost-saving processes within the business.
