Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an F&I Manager to guide customers from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases. You will determine financing options, present clear pricing, and ensure compliant handling of finance transactions while building lasting relationships with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to build trust.
• Determine financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals and drive repeat business.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and stay informed on product knowledge.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed timely and in line with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
