Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, delivering transparent pricing, hitting targeted sales goals, and ensuring exceptional service while adhering to state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to support financing.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Ensure timely administration in line with company policy.
