AutoNation is seeking an F&I Manager to lead the finance process, bridge sales and financing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will determine financing needs, present transparent pricing, and process transactions while ensuring compliance with laws. You will also build client relationships and work toward aggressive sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers to facilitate financing.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and gain product knowledge to assist customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled timely and in company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
