Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work with customers to develop relationships and determine financing needs and payment options.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled promptly and accurately.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
