RTX is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the Shipboard Missiles CMA program portfolio, guiding financial strategy across multi-year production and development efforts. You will partner with key programs, drive cost reduction initiatives, and ensure robust forecasting aligned with S&OP.

You will coordinate with Contracts, Requirements, and Supply Chain, and lead teams to deliver insights, manage investments, and maintain clear communications across programs in a hybrid U.S. setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field; 12+ years experience or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Experience in managing staff and leading business teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for financial execution across SBM CMA portfolios incl. non-recurring development and multi-year production.
• Partner with SM-3/SM-6 programs to drive execution and provide insights; interface with CGO.
• Support reporting requirements including Earned Value and GAAP Financial Model.
• Oversee multiple cost-type and FFP contracts; drive cost reduction and second sourcing.
• Provide financial planning guidance and coordinate forecasts with SBM FP&A.
• Manage investments and program funding positions; align S&OP with functional leaders.
• Establish dashboards and ensure visibility of execution data; communicate with Raytheon programs.
