Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director of Finance to lead financial execution across the Shipboard Missiles CMA portfolio, spanning development, multi-year production, and internal investments. The role supports over $1B in annual revenue and requires strong GAAP knowledge and DoD reporting.

You'll partner with SM-3/SM-6 programs, drive forecasts, SOP alignment, and staffing plans, and communicate with program managers and finance leaders to ensure timely insight and decision making.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, math, business or related field.
• An advanced degree with 10+ years' experience is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial execution across SBM CMA portfolio with multi-year production investments.
• Partner with SM-3/SM-6 programs to drive execution and provide insights.
• Develop robust financial forecasts and manage program funding positions.
