Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the financial execution for the Shipboard Missiles CMA portfolio, spanning development and long-term production. You will partner with SM-3/SM-6 programs, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure proper investment tracking.

The role requires leadership in a complex defense contracting environment, with close collaboration across finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and program management to align strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Degree in related field with 10+ years experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required to access government financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial execution across SBM CMA portfolio with multi-year production plans.
• Coordinate with SM-3/SM-6 programs and CGO for best-practice execution.
• Develop robust forecasts and dashboards; manage investments and funding positions.
• Lead staffing planning and S&OP alignment across functions and programs.
