Raytheon, the world leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a CFO for the Shipboard Missiles (SBM) program to drive financial management and strategic investment planning. You will oversee NREC development, long-term production, and internal capital/expense investments to enable large-scale capacity increases.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math, business or related field with extensive experience.
• Experience in managing staff and leading business teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial execution across SBM CMA portfolio including non-recurring development, long-term production, and investments.
• Partner with SM-3 and SM-6 programs to drive execution and provide insights across programs.
• Projects more than $1B of annual revenue and supports Earned Value and GAAP reporting.
• Oversee multiple cost-type and FFP contracts and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide financial planning guidance and coordinate with SBM FP&A to forecast.
• Manage and track investments and program funding positions.
• Coordinate with functional finance leaders for S&OP alignment and staffing forecasts.
• Develop dashboards to make execution data visible and actionable.
• Collaborate across SBM programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
