RTX is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee all financial management for a critical portfolio supporting approximately $0.6B in annual revenue. You will partner with Program Area Directors and functional teams to ensure financial commitments are met while driving growth in a complex development and production environment.

The ideal candidate will guide business planning, EAC, and customer reporting, while leading a team of managers. A DoD Secret clearance is preferred; U.S.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 10+ years).
• Professional experience in a finance role.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with program area directors and leadership teams to guide sound business decisions.
• Manage all financials for a complex portfolio while driving long-term performance.
• Develop and oversee forecasts for Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Net Cash.
• Provide financial briefings to customers and senior leadership.
• Lead cost strategies for competitive captures and develop a team of managers.
