Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a CFO for the Shipboard Missiles (SBM) program area to lead all financial management for ESSM and related programs. The role requires managing budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives to support multi-year production and capital investments.

The successful candidate will partner with program managers and functional finance leaders to ensure alignment with S&OP, GAAP, FAR, and CAS, while leading a high-impact team across sites in Tucson, MA, and RI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing staff and leading business teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial execution across SBM CMA portfolio spanning development, production, and investments.
• Partner with SM-3/SM-6 programs to drive execution and provide actionable insights.
• Manage contracts with multiple cost-types and complex development areas.
• Provide financial planning guidance and robust forecasts for program areas.
• Coordinate staffing forecasts and S&OP alignment across functions.
• Establish dashboards and visible execution data to drive insights.
