Professional**Position Details:****The Opportunity:**The **College of Arts & Sciences** has an opening for a **Finance Budget Manager** to serve as the principal fiscal advisor and budget authority for the **Department of Physics & Astronomy.** As a Finance/Budget Manager, you will provide comprehensive financial and administrative support and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and financial operations including fiscal analysis, financial accountability, budgeting and resource allocation.In the Finance/Budget Manager role you will also supervise and direct the work of fiscal support staff, ensuring efficient operations. Additionally, you will be accountable for the allocation and management of resources and achievement of programmatic and financial objectives. In collaboration with the department and/or school leadership, you will participate in planning efforts and implement departmental and university policies and procedures to support institutional goals. The assigned area(s) may be adjusted at the discretion of the College of Arts & Sciences, to meet changing goals and needs of the college and university.### **Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (100% FTE), **permanent** position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement.
