Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent including 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting/auditing/budgeting and one year of related experience.
  • Experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM/donor systems.

Fiscal Analyst 2 also assists in the management of all fiscal support functions.The duties include following GAAP guidelines for preparing and posting transactions to the Foundation’s general ledger systems (Sage), and WSU’s financial system (Workday); In this role you will be responsible for preparing customized reports per request; preparing reconciliations; ensuring accuracy between systems and preparing audit deliverables. **Additional Information:**This is a **full-time** (100% FTE), **permanent** position. This position is overtime **eligible.****Monthly Salary:**$4,517 to $6,075 | Range 49 (Steps A-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
