Professional**Position Details:****The Opportunity:**As the Administrative Manager for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), you will serve as the department’s primary liaison and play a critical role in supporting its overall success. You will manage the day-to-day operations and fiscal support functions for CEE while exercising independent judgment and decision-making authority. You will provide administrative oversight and support for personnel processes, including appointments, promotions, transfers, retirements, dismissals, separations, and leave-related matters, serving as the department's liaison with HRS to facilitate timely and compliant processing. You will also provide support and maintenance of all budgetary applications and oversee the operation of the business and finance functions within the unit. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, preparing and reviewing unit budget processes for requests and fiscal year allocations across all funding sources, including State, Revenue, Facilities and Administrative Returns, and Enrollment-based funding models.**Additional Information:**This is a **full** (100**%** FTE), **permanent** position.
