Job summary

BDO USA seeks a BI Manager to lead a Finance BI team responsible for reporting, analytics, and automation that support Finance and business decisions. You will set standards for semantic models, governance, and development across Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.

You will partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a coordinated roadmap, ensuring quality, security, and reliability of the Finance BI portfolio while developing team members and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI or App Development.
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team.
• Experience with Finance data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
• Own and evolve Finance BI architecture and data governance standards.
• Translate priorities into a team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Review and approve BI reports, semantic models, and data transformations.
